We deliver world wide.
All orders are dispatched within 5 working days of receipt, most are dispatched next working day.
Within the UK dispatch is by First Class Post. Outside the UK dispatch is by airmail.
Heavy or valuable may be split due to restrictions applied by Royal Mail. We will email you if your order has been split.
Within the UK, orders over £150 will automatically (*) be sent Recorded Delivery. Over £250 they will automatically (*) be sent by Special Delivery (next working day). Costs for these services will be automatically added to your Postage & Packing Charges.
(*) – customers may request these services for orders less than these amounts.
Returns / Refund
Our aim is for you to be totally satisfied with our products and our service to you. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you have a right to cancel your order up to 7 days from the day when your goods are delivered. You do not need to give us a reason for canceling the order. To cancel an order, inform us as soon as possible that you are exercising your right to cancel, then return the goods to us. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. Your money will be refunded to you within 30 days of the goods arriving at our office. We offer this peace of mind guarantee in addition to your statutory rights.
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order please email your request to customerservice@robinhood-stamp.co.uk, if the item has not yet been despatched, the items ordered will be cancelled.
